1. Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards.
2. Process
- Email info@velminor.com with your order number.
- Return instructions will be provided (All returns must be sent to our Warsaw, Poland facility. Detailed instructions will be provided by email.)
3. Costs
We provide clear instructions for U.S. customers to ensure smooth returns. All defective or incorrect orders are covered at no cost to the customer.
4. Refunds
- Issued after inspection to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered directly. If you wish to change size, color, or style, please return the original item under our return policy and place a new order.
