All products are shipped from our Warsaw warehouse.

English-language support, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET) responses within 24 hours on business days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal options listed at checkout.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery to U.S.: 7–10 business days (Including Processing time)
Orders are shipped from Poland. Final U.S. delivery may be handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns within 30 days of delivery.
Defective/damaged/incorrect items: prepaid return label provided.
Voluntary returns: customer pays return shipping to Poland.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to the United States.
